Every Gift Counts, Every Donor Matters
The Association of Florida Colleges Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation which was formed on June 4, 1991. The general nature of the objectives and purposes of the AFC Foundation, Inc. has been to provide charitable and educational aid in the form of financial resources and other property and services to the Association of Florida Colleges.
Some of these services include:
- The purchase of property for the construction of the first permanent home for AFC in Tallahassee and pay down the building mortgage before 2015.
- Coordinating fundraising events with the involvement of AFC chapters, regions, and commissions for the construction of the first AFC building
- Providing resources for the renovations of the recently purchased Florida Medical Association building
- Providing resources and support to colleges which suffered losses during hurricane events
